Its done – 11 hours 53 mins – go Yendor!

Well reader, thanks for staying with me on this journey … i’m delighted to say that on Sunday 6th of July i did become an official Ironman @ Frankfurt.

11 hours and 53 minutes of my life spent on the roads and waters around Frankfurt am Main – plus of course the many hours of my last year spent on the roads and waters around Dublin preparing for the big day.

More details to follow in a couple of days I hope about the race build up, and of course race day itself.

    Hi Rodders,

    It makes me proud to think I spent a few brief hours on the road in the company of an Ironman… Well done Rodney, a massive achievement, I’m thrilled you got on so well.

    Like that ManU legend from Cork said, proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance and you certainly had all your priors sorted before Frankfurt Rodney, outstanding performance…!!!

    What’s next…? The 8 hour Everest Challenge…? ;-P
