Last sessions before LostSheep

Just one week to go to the last ‘event’ of the season for me. Despite the relative lack of training in two of the sports, and the lack of any recent training in my main sport, there’s nothing else for it now other than to sit back, relax somewhat and get ready to rumble next Saturday morning 1st September. This week :

  • one good cycle spin …. 3 hours … 2 punctures
  • two good long runs …. 94 mins & 87 mins … 2 heavy legs

Tour Of Ireland challenge – completed, very happy with performance √√

L’etape 07 completed, very happy with performance √√

So now all thats left for me now is to get my act together for the Lost Sheep Half Ironman in less than 4 weeks time. At the minute its not looking too good for any new records to be broken in Kerry on the 1st of September.
